Winding down my first day of home bedrest, and I’m adjusting to a new norm for the next 3ish weeks. 1. Contractions happen no matter what, but they aren’t super strong or more frequent than 4-6/hr. 2. Standing up or any moving activity makes contractions stronger for about 25-30min 3. Laying in bed most of the day with moderate contractions is exhausting. 4. My brain is tired and not retrieving my to-do list, which is good for keeping me in bed but bad for me making lists to delegate tasks.
